Psychology can change your life by exploring and finding solutions to challenges you are facing. It gives you space to work through your thoughts, emotions and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Whatever it is you are facing, it is easier having someone to support you.

Our experience of stressors from different aspects of our life (careers, financial circumstances, children, partners and parents) can cumulate and cause psychological issues. These may be anxieties, stress, or depression and can lead to unhelpful coping strategies like isolation, addictions, or avoidance.

If you’re here, there’s probably something that’s just not working the way it used to or the way you think it should—stress that won’t let up, relationships that feel harder than they should, or maybe you’re tired of repeating old patterns that don’t make sense anymore.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed by anxieties, ADHD, depression, stress, low self-esteem, or the fallout from relationship disconnection or conflict. Some are dealing with addictive behaviours or wrestling with shame from the past.
And while the symptoms vary, there’s often one thing in common:

People can hold it together for a long time, but it’s exhausting.

In therapy, we slow things down. We take the time to be curious about why certain moments feel so charged. And we begin to connect the dots—between your past and present, your reactions and your relationships—so you can start responding differently. With more awareness. With more self-respect. With more choice.

Whether you’re in crisis, stuck in a loop, or just ready for something to shift, therapy can help.
Let’s find a way forward that feels more like you.

I founded my Psychology practice initially on the Gold Coast to help people understand and master the ways in which the many components of their lives interact and affect their emotional health. I am currently practicing in Perth, WA. In addition to working on issues like depression or anxiety, many people use psychology sessions effectively to:

  • Become more fulfilled in their lives and dropping the burden of stress

  • Set and achieve personal or work goals

  • Get in touch with emotions; learn how to express and manage emotions assertively

  • Improve their relationships with parents, children, partners, and friends

  • Better understand how past trauma affects their present and stop it limiting their future.

My aim is to partner with you to find solutions through psychotherapy. This can be achieved in a variety of ways and your sessions are customised specifically for you. Using several modalities, I support my clients to find the best path to healing and growth in their lives.
